Return Policy

All Sales are final after 30 days.

Fenzo Italian Bags does its best to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations for any reason, return it to us unused and we will refund your money or exchange it for you – whichever you choose.

At Fenzo Italian Bags, we only carry Floto products; Floto bags are guaranteed for their natural life and are free of manufacturing defects. Floto products are made from natural materials which can vary slightly in color and texture. Slight variations in color are not considered defects but rather symptoms of the natural product. The bags are folded for shipping and storage – any creases caused in shipping will fully recover after the first use.

Within 30 days of original purchase: Fenzo Italian Bags gladly accepts returns of unused, or defective merchandise purchased through our web site for a full refund of the item price. We also will gladly make an exchange or issue merchandise credit for the price at the time of sale for unused, or defective merchandise.

In the case of a return or exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping of the original product.

In the event of a return, all returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to inform us of the return or exchange. We will not accept any returns or exchanges without prior email notification. Once the returned product is received, we will refund your payment less the restocking fee, or send the replacement for an exchange. Please return orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the returned item within 14 days from the day we received the email notification. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Please include your packing slip, your shipping address from the original order and your RMA information with the item. For exchanges also include a short note with the model and color of the bag that you would like to exchange with. We will charge or credit any difference in price for the exchange to your account.  As a courtesy we do not charge any additional shipping for domestic or Canadian exchanges. On most international exchanges we charge a discounted $40 fee for USPS exchange shipping.

Domestic Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on all orders to the contiguous USA. Once you place an order with us, expect the shipment to leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Fenzo Italian Bags uses UPS Ground for all deliveries. UPS Ground averages 1 business day in the Northeast, 3 days in the MidWest and up to 5 days to destinations on the West Coast. We ship most items the same business day for orders placed before 12pm EST.

Global Shipping
We do offer some shipping services for international orders on a case by case basis. Please state which delivery method you would prefer in the Order Notes:

UPS Worldwide Expedited – we offer a discounted rate. The average cost is US $60 – 75 to most international destinations. UPS is generally faster than USPS and offers better tracking.
USPS Prioity Mail International – we offer this service for $55 to most international destinations. This service generally takes 1 week, however, it can take up to 3-4 weeks during busy periods.
Canada – please state “Canada – USPS Priority Mail” in the Order Notes for a $22 rate. This service generally takes 1 week.

Shipping of wallets and other small items – please state “USPS Priority Mail International” in the Order Notes for a $16 rate.

PLEASE NOTE – you are responsible for duties and taxes imposed by your country. For U.K. customers – the administrative fees and duties that you can expect to pay upon receipt average £ 16 – 20

Shipping Damage Claims
Every effort is made to ensure your order arrives safely after it leaves us. While the frequency of damaged packages is low, in the event that one of our products is delivered in a damaged state, Fenzo Italian Bags must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of package. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon receipt for damage. Any visual carton damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as “Damaged Packages” before signing. We will make sure all damaged items are replaced in an expedient manner. Failure to notify Fenzo Italian Bags within 48 hours of receipt of package will result in denial of the claim and will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Order Acceptance
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Fenzo Italian Bags reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Order Status
